What is the Longchamp Repair Policy?
Longchamp articles are designed and manufactured with the greatest of care. As such, they are guaranteed against most quality issues. However, should such a problem occur; Longchamp commits to repairing your purchase, replacing it, or issuing a store credit depending on the age of the item. Please note, the repair of your item may require a fee. A price list for repairs is available at each Longchamp boutique.
Where can I send my Longchamp article for repair?
Please visit an authorized retailer or Longchamp boutique near you. Any damage caused during travel or transportation should be reported immediately to the relevant company that will take responsibility for the damage, i.e.: airline, hotel, taxi, car service, transit company, etc.

Can I send my bag to Longchamp for cleaning?
Longchamp does not offer cleaning services. Please refer to our care instructions under info on each product page. We do offer conditioning and moisturizing cream, available at Longchamp boutiques. Please visit our store locator to find a boutique near you.
